Waveform Audio File Format (WAV, WAVE) is an audio file compatible with Microsoft Windows, Linux and Macintosh operating systems. WAV files are larger than other audio formats such as MP3s and WMAs, but users have the ability to email a wave file to their friends, family or another person. Email clients have a feature called an 'attachment,' used to transfer documents, videos, music and images via email.

I would like to create wave files using the text-to-speech feature in Windows or by using some other method. Is there a way to do that in Windows? If not, does anyone know if there is a freeware/shareware that would work? I realize one logical solution is to record voice-but I'm not looking.
